Holiday Homes/static caravans
Our holiday homes/static caravans are located in the first enclosure and most are located on the perimeter of the field. Enjoy magnificent views overlooking St Brides Bay in our holiday homes at Caerfai Bay.
Pitch 16: the Lodge – Campion: our double unit overlooking the sea. It is suitable for up to 6 persons and weekly bookings are Saturday to Saturday. At 20 foot wide it allows for spacious living and dining, with patio doors opening onto the decking area overlooking Caerfai and St Brides Bay. The kitchen is fully equipped to our standard and also includes a dishwasher. The master double bedroom has en-suite, with shower, toilet and basin. Two twin bedrooms can be made into double beds, when requested. The family bathroom includes full length bath, overhead shower, toilet and basin.
Pitch 57: Daisy: the caravan which will take one dog and was new for the 2024 season. It is suitable for 4 persons plus a pet or up to 6 persons without a pet . Weekly bookings are Friday to Friday. It has a rear lobby leading to two bedrooms, the master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite shower, toilet and basin, a twin bedroom with 3ft wide single beds. A separate room with shower toilet and basin also leads off from the lobby as does the door to the main living space. There are patio doors from the lounge, and all caravan doors lead to the spacious, gated decking area. It has a ‘smart’ TV in the lounge/diner, also a bed conversion if needed. The kitchen has a dishwasher and is fully equipped to our standard. The caravan can take one dog only. In our dog friendly van please remember to bring your dog’s bowl, blanket and bedding. Dogs are not allowed on the seats or in the bedrooms. On site dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Please exercise dogs off the Park; there is a small dog walk area near to the entrance of the site, dogs are allowed on Caerfai beach and the coastal path.
Pitch 15 – Foxglove: and 18 – Daffodil: these caravans are suitable for up to 6 persons. Weekly bookings are Saturday to Saturday. At 38ft long they have three bedrooms: a double, and two twin rooms. The main bedroom has an en-suite toilet and basin, and in one of the twins, the beds can be pushed together to make a double. They have spacious living and dining areas and a U-shaped kitchen fully equipped to our standard. Full length patio doors to the front of the caravan open onto a decked area where you can sit and enjoy the stunning Pembrokeshire coastline.

Pitch 17- Primrose (Fri): is new for the 2025 season. It has two bedrooms and will take up to 4 persons. Weekly bookings are Friday to Friday. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite toilet and basin, the second bedroom has twin beds which could be pushed together to make a double. There is a fold out bed in the lounge if needed. The U-shaped kitchen has a dishwasher and is fully equipped to our standard. Again, this caravan has patio doors leading onto decking with beautiful sea views
All hire caravans are fully equipped with cutlery and crockery appropriate to the capacity of the caravan, and have a full size cooker, microwave, refrigerator, kettle (gas or electric) and colour TV . Separate shower room include a toilet, washbasin and shower cubicle. Price includes hot water, Calor gas, electricity and WiFi.
Duvets and pillows are provided. For those beds that have been used, the quilted mattress protectors and pillow protectors will be changed for each booking. One ‘Tregwynt’ woollen blanket, bath mats and oven gloves will be supplied to each caravan. We will supply more blankets free of charge if requested. We charge for bed linen (duvet cover, sheets and pillow covers) at £10 per caravan; this charge can, if necessary, be taken out of the returnable deposit. Two weeks before your arrival, you will receive a form in which you will be able to detail any extra requirements such as bedding and agree to any specific conditions; please complete this, sign and return in good time before your arrival. Our amenity room/laundry room at the top of the office will be closed every Tuesday until mid-afternoon, but open the rest of the week. The vacuum cleaner may not be available straight way if it has to be cleaned. It will be delivered usually on a Monday – if you are not in, we will leave it just inside the door of your caravan. You should also bring your own towels, tea towels and dishcloths. High chairs and travel cots are available on request at no extra cost. All our holiday homes are double glazed and have central heating.
Smoking is not allowed in any of the caravans. If you smoke, please do so outside the caravan. Tobacco smells linger on soft furnishings and cannot be eradicated in time for the next booking.
There is a laundry (closed on Tuesdays) near the Park reception; it has coin-operated washing machines, dryers, iron/ironing board and an outdoor drying area . The wet suit wash is to the rear of the small unisex toilet block next to the warden’s van.
The charges are based on four persons sharing. In the 6 berth caravans the additional fifth and sixth person are charged at £20 each per week, this does not however apply to the Lodge Campion.
In the low season, subject to availability, short breaks are available for a minimum of 3 nights. For short stays the nightly rate is 1/5th of the weekly night rate, for example 3 nights would be 3/5th of the weekly rate.
A refundable key/cleaning deposit of £100 is in addition to the weekly rental charge (please see terms and conditions for further information).
