UPDATE 22nd MAY 2020

The site is still closed and as often happens as we head into the school holidays, the wind has picked up, though this year our camping fields are eerily empty. It is all very odd, being so quiet. We miss our regulars and welcoming new guests to the site to enjoy the beautiful views. We know this won’t last forever and we hope you are all keeping safe. We have been monitoring the Welsh Assembly Government updates and have requested clarification regarding phased opening under the amber stage.

We are not taking any new bookings for 2020 until we know when we will be reopening. If you wish to be kept up to date with when we will be opening and taking new bookings, please email the site on info@caerfaibay.co.uk and we can add you to our mailing list or keep checking our Website, Facebook or Instagram. Please note, when we are permitted to reopen this will not be immediate – we will need time to prepare the park to welcome guests (and hopefully get a haircut!). We are expecting to be permitted to re-open under phased conditions initially (only guests who do not need access to shared facilities e.g. statics and possibly touring caravans/motorhomes) – we will keep you updated as we find our more.

Thank you to everyone for being so understanding and for your patience – most of our staff are now on furlough so we are a bit slower than usual.

We wish you and your loved ones well. Take care, stay safe and best wishes from the Caerfai Bay Team
